Purple Crayon's art clubs give women an economical way to build their practice in a particular medium. Each week, an artist experienced in the particular club's medium presents a new artistic "challenge," and participants are encouraged to follow along. Meetings are recorded in the event that participants can't make a meeting or just want to watch it again. Recordings will be available for at least 24 hours.

 

Art clubs meet on the same day and time each week, at least three times a month. Women purchase a monthly subscription to join, and members can cancel at any time (though refunds will not be issued for unattended meetings). Subscriptions are managed via PayPal to minimize membership fees, but potential members may contact us for other options, such as using a bank draft, if they prefer to not open a free PayPal account.

All art club meetings will be conducted using Zoom, an online meeting tool. Members must have access to a computer, tablet, smart phone, or other internet-accessible device, as well as the internet. Instructions for accessing the meetings will be provided after registration.
