Purple Crayon reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the workshop non-viable. If we cancel a workshop, we will inform all registered students as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

If you are unable to attend a workshop for any reason, you can transfer your seat to a friend for the same workshop on the same day. You cannot transfer your seat to another workshop.

 

If you cannot transfer your seat to a friend, our cancellation policy follows. No exceptions.​

• 14 or more days before the workshop, 100% refund, minus a $10 processing fee

 

• Less than 14 days before the workshop (or leaving workshop early), no refund*

Our cancellation policy applies to all scheduled workshops: in-person, online, and Girls' Night Out.

 

*If you need to cancel a workshop less than 14 days before the workshop, you can ask us to attempt to fill your seat. If we are able to fill your seat, we will refund 50% of your registration fee. If we are unable to fill your seat, you will not receive a refund.​​
