Purple Crayon reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the workshop non-viable. If we cancel a workshop, we will inform all registered students as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

All workshops held during January and February have an inclement weather date scheduled. Please make sure that you can attend class on this date, too, in the rare event that we decide to reschedule due to snow or ice. The cancellation policy that follows will apply to the inclement weather date as well.

If you are unable to attend a workshop for any reason, you can transfer your seat to a friend for the same workshop on the same day. You cannot transfer your seat to another workshop.

 

If you cannot transfer your seat to a friend, our cancellation policy follows. No exceptions.​

• 14 or more days before the workshop, 100% refund, minus a $10 processing fee

 

• Less than 14 days before the workshop (or leaving workshop early), no refund*

Our cancellation policy applies to all scheduled workshops: in-person, online, and Girls' Night Out.

*If you need to cancel a workshop less than 14 days before the workshop, you can ask us to attempt to fill your seat. If we are able to fill your seat, we will refund 50% of your registration fee. If we are unable to fill your seat, you will not receive a refund.​​​​​​
